Refund policy

For returns or exchanges, you must contact me via email within 7 days of delivery. I ask that you wait for confirmation before sending anything back, as not all pieces are eligible depending on wear or customization.

  • Items must be unworn and returned in their original condition.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Once your return is received and approved, I’ll issue a refund or exchange as discussed.

Please email mitchjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange so we can get started.

Because each piece is handmade, I appreciate your understanding and communication ahead of any return — it helps ensure the best outcome on both ends.


Order Changes

If you need to make any changes to your order (such as changing the design, size, or canceling), please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, it may be too late to make any changes, as I begin production shortly after receiving your order.


Exchanges for Wholesale Orders

As a wholesale customer, if your jewelry doesn't sell well within 6 months or you need an exchange for other pieces, please reach out to me at mitchjewelry@gmail.com. I’m happy to work with you to find the right pieces for your store.


Return Shipping

For retail returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. The item should be shipped back in its original packaging to ensure it arrives safely. I recommend using a trackable shipping service, as I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

For any approved wholesale exchanges, you will also be responsible for the return shipping charges.
