Thank you for shopping with Mitch Jewelry! We are committed to getting your handmade jewelry to you as quickly as possible while ensuring that each piece is carefully crafted and shipped with care. Below, you'll find all the details about how we handle shipping for both retail and wholesale orders.
Order Processing Time
Each piece of jewelry is handmade to order, so please allow 5–7 business days for processing, though during busy seasons or for larger orders, processing time may extend to up to two weeks. I am a one-woman operation, and I appreciate your patience as I work hard to create the best quality pieces for you.
If there is a delay or any changes to your order, I will reach out and keep you updated. I always strive to provide you with the best experience, and that includes clear communication about your order’s status.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority from Bend, Oregon. Expedited shipping methods are available at an additional charge upon request. Retailers or customers needing specific delivery methods should contact me ahead of time to arrange alternate shipping.

International Orders: Please note that international shipping may take longer, and the buyer is responsible for all customs fees, taxes, or other duties incurred during shipping.

Shipping is a flat $3.
Expedited Shipping
Need your order in a hurry? I may be able to offer expedited shipping, depending on my production schedule. Contact me at mitchjewelry@gmail.com to inquire about rush processing and expedited shipping. Additional fees may apply for rush orders.
Shipping to Retailers (Wholesale Orders)

Consignment Orders in Bend: If you're a consignment account in Bend, you can select "Pick Up" at checkout to avoid shipping charges.

Consignment Orders Outside of Bend: For consignment stores outside of Bend, you’ll need to select the “Ship” option at checkout to ensure your order is shipped.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor its journey. If you don’t see this email, feel free to reach out to me, and I’ll be happy to assist.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. If you notice any damage or discrepancies with your order, please contact me at mitchjewelry@gmail.com within 5 days of receipt. For damaged goods, I will either repair or replace them, depending on the situation.
If your package is lost or tracking shows as undelivered, please get in touch right away. Unfortunately, once a package is marked as "delivered," I cannot be held responsible for lost items. However, I will do everything I can to help resolve the issue.
International Orders
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Customs delays can sometimes occur, and I cannot control the processing time through customs.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of Mitch Jewelry, returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items, as outlined in our Returns & Exchanges Policy. If you're a wholesale customer with unsold stock, please contact me to discuss exchanges or other arrangements.
